Complaints Procedure

Stage 1 

Formal letter of complaint received and passed on to Joanna Strickland. 

Complaint acknowledged within five working days. 

Investigation and response to complaint within ten working days. 

Complete record of the complaint within ten working days.

Complete record of the complaint to be recorded and kept.

Stage 2

Either: 

You are satisfied with the response and actions are carried out to rectify the situation (End of process).

Or: 

You are not satisfied with the response, you then have ten working days to ask for an appeal of the process.
